You’ve got me thinking about authenticity and vulnerability…

… I think having the courage to show the world the person you wish you were (but haven’t become yet) is a very vulnerable and authentic thing to do. It’s courageous.

It also seems like exactly the kind of thing any company would want to know about a prospective employee.

Maybe that’s what these “bullshit” questions are trying to get at?
