Once we’re convinced of the connection between emotional and physical health (and it shouldn’t take much convincing!), the next question is “What to do about it?”

There is a theory called Stress Inoculation that suggests low doses of benign stress will allow us to practice management of stress and transformation of negative emotions.

Ice baths work for me, for lots of reasons.
