Post a link to the study that shows butter is unhealthy, and the study that shows kale promotes health and long life better than red meat, and I’ll post three that show the opposite. Because the science is the basis of my understanding.

“Butter is bad” is a myth perpetrated by the people who profit from selling you partially hydrogenated soybean oil and other toxic crap.

And kale? It’s tasty for those of us that enjoy the flavor of bitter greens, but it’s nothing compared to red meat.

For goodnessakes, our bodies are made of red meat. How would you get the idea that our tiny digestive systems should be expected to turn green, leafy vegetables into muscle? We don’t have four stomachs.

Thomas Oppong writes some great stuff about start ups and productivity. His knowledge doesn’t extend to nutrition.
