What are the qualities that make a great trophy wife, Paulina Pinsky?

Maybe this is just a funny, sarcastic remark between too giggly friends. Maybe you don’t really want to be a trophy wife at all, but it still raises an interesting question, doesn’t it?

I had a conversation with a woman 12 years younger than me after we’d been dating for a couple years. Like you, she’s a self-described feminist. She was also fantasizing about marriage and motherhood, and she said the same thing to me, “I’d make a great trophy wife.”

And it gets me wondering what sort of criteria feminist women apply to themselves when conducting this sort of self-assessment of their attractiveness for marriage?
